Terms of Use and Membership

Membership is by invitation. You must be at least 18 years old to request an invitation. Submitting a request does not guarantee membership. Luclani Society may accept or decline any request at its discretion.

Membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis at the rate shown at enrollment until you cancel. By enrolling, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method each billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice to members.

You may cancel your membership at any time through the members' portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partially used months or missed gatherings.

Membership includes access to The Grounding, a weekly virtual Circle meeting, a monthly in-person gathering with dinner at your chapter's designated private club and access to the members' portal. Quarterly getaways, travel and lodging are offered separately and may have their own fees and terms. Schedules, venues and program details may change.

Members agree to keep what is shared in Circles, gatherings and getaways confidential. Members agree to treat one another with respect, to refrain from soliciting or selling to other members without consent and to follow the policies of each host venue. Luclani Society may suspend or end the membership of anyone who violates these standards, without refund.

Members may bring a guest to monthly gatherings when Betty's Chair is available. Members are responsible for their guests' conduct, and guests agree to the same confidentiality and conduct standards.

Luclani Society is a peer community. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal or financial advice. Conversations and resources are for personal and professional growth only. Seek a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account. Portal access ends when your membership ends.

The Luclani Society name, logo, Circle method, rituals, honors, curriculum and all website and portal content are owned by Ronimo Enterprises and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

Gatherings and getaways may be photographed or filmed for Luclani Society communications. We will not capture Circle conversations. You may tell event staff at any time that you prefer not to be photographed.

Participation in in-person gatherings, travel and getaway activities is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for your own travel, health and personal property.

Our website, portal and programs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ronimo Enterprises and Luclani Society will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the membership fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ronimo Enterprises and Luclani Society from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your conduct at any Luclani event.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or membership after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
