Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

What to know about the Circle, the cadence and the invitation process.

Who is Luclani Society for?
Women of color who lead, ages 30 to 65: executives, entrepreneurs and professionals carrying corporate America and home life.
Is this a networking group?
No. Not therapy. Not networking. A Circle. If you're looking for business leads, this isn't the room.
What is The Grounding?
The Grounding is your Circle's weekly 90-minute virtual meeting. A small group of women and a trained Circle leader, gathered for honest conversation, encouragement and accountability.
Where do monthly gatherings happen?
Each chapter dines together monthly at its private club. Dinner is included in your membership. Our founding chapter gathers in Houston.
What are the quarterly getaways?
Four regional retreats each year, North, South, East and West, designed for rest, reflection and growth.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Every monthly gathering holds Betty's Chair, a seat reserved for a member's guest.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is the foundation of every Circle.
How does the invitation process work?
Submit a request. Our founding team reviews every request personally and schedules a short conversation. Invited members then complete enrollment and are welcomed into their Circle.
How do I lead a chapter in my city?
We are selecting founding Chapter Leaders now. Email us or call (713) 322-7848 to start the conversation.
